What is Fit-Fest about?

Anyone passionate about fitness, wellness, or community is welcome. The festival is designed for all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to athletes.
Do I need to register or complete a waiver?
Anyone participating in workouts, competitions, or physical activities should complete a liability waiver and receive a wristband. Waivers can be downloaded ahead of time or completed at the event.
Do minors need a parent or guardian signature?
Yes. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
Do I need to pre-register for specific workouts?
No. The live FAQ notes that activities use the one event waiver; participating guests should have a wristband before joining activities.
